WALK OVER

A team that fails to appear to a game for no valid reason (power of decision resides with the tournament officials) forfeits the game with 0:10. If a team is excluded from the tournament, all previous games are annulled.

Nonattendance of a team does not influence the preliminaries of the other teams in the group, unless changed by tournament officials.

BAD WEATHER

If the tournament cannot be continued due to bad weather, decisions about further procedures are down to the tournament committee. For example: In case an entire day is cancelled, the committee may choose to make up for it the next day, even if this implicates that some teams have to play twice the amount of games planned.

Throughout the tournament, the tournament committee has the right to interrupt or end games prematurely.

Throughout the tournament, the tournament committee has the right to cancel all games due to bad weather conditions. Due to the ever present risk of bad weather, the committee or organiser cannot be held financially accountable.
