TOURNAMENT MODE AND RULES

The American football tournament 2012 will be held according to the rules of the NCAA , version of 2011. . In Austria exceptions apply to U14 and U12– these will be sent out to the participating teams concerned. Further details will be posted here shortly.

In order to ensure as many encounters as possible, teams will only play halves of 2x10 minutes. This corresponds to a real playing time of 1 hour. Preliminaries will take place Thursday/Friday/Saturday, BOWL games (finale) on Sunday.

U12 Girls and boys mixed born 2000-2003 – 9 players NCAA

U14 Girls and boys mixed born 1988-2000 – 11 players NCAA

U16 boys born 1996 – 1998 – 11 players NCAA

U19 boys born 1993 – 1998 - 11 players NCAA
