| Dear Athletes, Coaches and Parents, Dear Sponsors, The World Sports Festival 2009 is over and it was a Europe-wide athletic mega event with approx. 5,000 participants from 21 different nations. Never before was this festival so diversified and thrilling as in this year – in 11 different sports young athletes competed against each other with a lot of fun and enthusiasm.  Hopefully along with all these athletic highlights the impressive opening ceremony in the stadium and the great atmosphere at the parties in the Player's Town Pyramid will remain in your memory. We would especially like to thank you - the participants of this festival. Thank you for your fair play during the tournament, for the great atmosphere that you spread in all venues and not least thank you for your participation in the in World Sports Festival because you athletes alone are the World Sports Festival! For all of you who didn’t have time during the tournament to obtain a souvenir of WSF our web shop now has the new 2009 articles available. Extended time for registration! As we’ve received numerous request to enter the tournaments after May 28th we have decided to prolong the time for registrations until June 28th 2010 . Interested teams in volleyball or swimming should act quickly as tournament rosters are virtually complete! So take your second chance and 
Big News! We proudly present a new discipline at the World Sports Festival! Racketlon is the name of the game - a combination of the 4 most popular racquetsports in a single match. (tennis, table tennis, sqash and badminton). Originated in Scandinavia it's on of the fastest growing sports in the world and we are happy to present it to you at the World Sports Festival 2010! We are looking forward to exciting competitions!
