The unique atmosphere of the opening ceremony, the Olympic village and the multitude of tournaments is no longer a privilege held by professional athletes only. Everyone can enjoy the excitement of an international competition at the World Sports Festival. You can match with competitors from all over the world and celebrate the small as well as the bigger achievements.

Dedicated young athletes train day in, day out, to reach peak performances in their respective field. The World Sports Festival offers far more than just the pursuit of points, goals and tenths of a second.

The festival is about enjoying sports with others on a friendly basis, which helps create a remarkable atmosphere. From day one it has been our goal to give athletes and teams from all countries the opportunity to become a part of this international sports festival.

Together we can do it!

We are aiming to expand the WSF in order to welcome 10.000 athletes from all continents in and around Vienna in the near future. Ideas have already been put forward to extend the duration of the festival to a week and to host a winter event in line with the World Sports Festival.
