CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION



Every applying athlete/team must pay a deposit. An athlete/team is officially signed up, when the online form has been submitted, and we have received the deposit within 14 days.

BOOKINGS INCLUDING ACCOMMODATION
-) 10% down payment on the total package price (at least € 250,- per group or € 50,- per athlete) when contract is concluded) outstanding payment by 21st of June, 2012
BOOKINGS (PARTICIPATION ONLY)
-) no down payment – total invoice amount due within 14 days after registration
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION for the World Sports Festival (also for reduction of number of participants!)
Until June 14, 2012 amount of the down payment
Between June 15 and 21 2012 50% of the total trip price
Between June 22 and 28 2012 70% of the total trip price
From  June  29, 2012 100% of the total trip price

Exclusion of liability
The participants are not insured. It is therefore the responsibility of the coaches to ensure that all participants are insured for the whole duration of the World Sports Festival. The organizer accepts no liability for illness, lost or stolen valuables and any injuries. The tournament organizers can only arrange an ambulance. If the person injured is not insured or there is no agreement for medical treatment between his home country and Austria then the participant must bear the costs of treatment. Each participant declares that he has trained sufficiently and that there is no medical reason prohibiting his participation
