FROM YOUR APPLICATION TO YOUR ARRIVAL

1. CHOOSE YOUR DISCIPLINE

You can choose from 13 disciplines. The competitions of each discipline are held throughout the three days of the festival, therefore you may only participate in one. The victory celebrations take place on Sunday.

2. SIGN UP

Depending on the sport you choose to compete in, you can sign up individual athletes or teams. In order to cut out as much paper work as possible, you can do this online – quick and easy.

3. THE JOURNEY

For assistance in organising your journey and return we are always happy to help. We provide a SHUTTLE-SERVICE on site which runs between the underground station “U6/ Siebenhirten”, Players Town (Hotel Pyramide) and the sports venues. The ticket (€12 per person) is valid for the three days of the tournament and can be ordered when you sign up.

4. ACCOMMODATION

In order to make it as easy as possible for all competitors, we offer attractive accommodation packages which you can book easily over the internet. We are happy to accommodate any special requests and can organise customised solutions for a prolonged stay in Vienna.
