THURSDAY, JULY 3rd 2008
Individual arrival in Player's Town
2.00 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.	Registration at the entrance of Player's Town
From 5.00 p.m.	Dinner at the food court in Player's Town, the center of the festival opens its doors to offer several stands: souvenirs, merchandise articles, snacks and drinks!
In case you arrive earlier or later it is still possible to sign up! Please inform us about your arrival time until the 20th of June!
FRIDAY, JULY 4th 2008
7.00 a.m. - 12.00.a.m.	For those participants who did not arrive on Thursday: Registration at the entrance of Player's Town
8.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.	Start of the tournaments
11.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.	Lunch at Player's Town
5.00 p.m. - 7.30 p.m.	Dinner at Player's Town
From 5.00 p.m.	Independence Day - Barbecue According to the Independence Day of the U.S.A. an American barbecue at Players Town.
7.15 p.m.	Transfer from Player's Town to the Sports center Südstadt
8.30 p.m. (Admittance for audience: 8.00 p.m.)	Official Opening Ceremony in the stadium of the Sports center Südstadt: Surprise program!
All athletes should show up at the "Leichtathletik Stadion" at 07.30. p.m. to form up the parade of the participating nations!
SATURDAY, JULY 5th 2008
8.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.	Tournaments
11.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.	Lunch at Player's Town
5.00 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.	Dinner at Player's Town
From 7.30 p.m.	Player's Party at Player's Town!
SUNDAY, JULY 6th 2008
From 8.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. (at latest)	Final tournaments
11.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.	Lunch at Player's Town
Individual departure
During the World Sports Festival there are free shuttle buses from Player's Town to the tournament facilities and back to Player's Town, as well as to the U6 - Subway station "Siebenhirten" that goes into the city.
